Storage Instructions

Keep in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge or up to 3-6 months in the freezer depending on the product.

Pro Tips: We love reheating the savoury items in the air fryer for a couple minutes and defrosting the meals in the fridge overnight.

We use fresh ingredients and don't use gluten, seed oils, or sugar.

Our asian dishes do have a very small amount of soy and carrot.

Our sweeteners are: erythritol, stevia, and monk fruit.
