Order cut offs are Sunday nights at 11:59pm. We process orders on Monday's. We will email you your expected delivery date and additional delivery information or contact you to organise a pick up time. See more info regarding delivery schedules and areas below.

Our kitchen in located in Ormeau on The Gold Coast. Pick up is available by appointment.
ALL DELIVERIES
Our courier services 99% of Australia so even if we couldn't service your area before we most likely do now!
Please note that although your order will arrive in an insulated box with a gel pack it is still food we are not responsible for its condition once it has been delivered.
Alternatively, we can deliver to businesses if you work during the day and can receive it there and our courier delivers to a lot of places on the weekend. Get in touch if you have any questions.
SOUTH EAST QUEENSLAND DELIVERIES
If you are in South Queensland Metro areas are usually delivered on Sunday's ie Gold Coast, Sunny Coast, Brisbane, etc. If you are in a regional area like Kingaroy it may differ and we will let you know via the processing email we send on Monday's.
We will still send you a confirmation email on Monday when we process your order with the calendar date.
We service everywhere from Northern Rivers to The Sunshine Coast and as far west as Toowoomba. If you live north of The Sunny Coast or east of Toowoomba please see the next section. If you have questions about a specific area please fill out our contact us form.
AUSTRALIA WIDE
We are excited to offer shipping Australia wide!
If you have been here awhile you know we have tried every courier out there. Sending food interstate isn't easy or very affordable and we have always subsidised it and done our best to work with the courier as we wanted to make keto food more accessible.
Thanks to some amazing insulation technology and a new courier with a brilliant set up, we can now send our products Australian wide! Tassie, Townsville, Gippsland, Sydney, Dubbo, ANYWHERE! Straight to your door.
We will send you an email when we process your order (Mondays) but it will usually arrive 1-4 business days from when we send them out on Friday's.
The courier will send you a text at 8pm the night before your delivery with a tracking link and a 2 hour delivery window for the next day.
Your order will arrive in an insulated box and with gel packs but as it is still food we are not responsible for its condition once it has been delivered.
Please make sure to give us a physical address not a P.O Box. If you are in an apartment complex or have a gate to your community please make sure to put instructions in the order notes for the delivery drivers.
WE ARE A SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS
We are a small family business and we hand make every one of our products. We do try to have the cheapest delivery rates (often subsidising ourselves) and fastest turn around times we can. But at the end of the day we are humans and not machines. We appreciate your support. It means the difference to us, our employees and their families.
How long does the food last?
Depending on where you are located your food will arrive frozen or fresh. Either way it can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the fridge for up to a week once you receive it. You can warm the meals directly from frozen but we recommend defrosting the curries and dishes that have cauliflower rice in them, in the fridge over night and then heating up. This will help them to not release so much water.
