Shipping policy

We offer shipping to Metro areas and surrounding suburbs of Queensland, South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia. We have enough regular customers in these areas that we have been able to offer shipping to them and the prices are listed at checkout depending on the area. We still cover a portion of the delivery cost as we want to offer affordable shipping to our clients and can not do shipping as lower that what it already is. 

Delivery happens on Monday-Friday's from 8-5pm through our frozen courier. When we process your order we will let you know your expected day. If you need to step out, place an esky at your door and our courier will place it in there or have a neighbour grab it for you. You will receive a text message upon delivery. All deliveries are authorised to leave. We can also deliver to businesses if delivering to you at work is better.

In ACT, Tassie, and NT, we are still working on growing our customer base in these areas. Currently, you can pick up your order at your nearest Airport through our airfreight courier. Just choose airport pickup. As we grow, we will work to bring delivery to your area.
