Should be kept in the freezer (good up to 3 months in freezer) and cooked from frozen.
Preheat oven to 200 C fan forced or 220 convection. Place frozen pizza on a piece of baking paper on a baking sheet or pan.
Pro Tip: Place pizza on lower oven shelf then place an empty tray on the first shelf of the oven. This will help the pizza not burn on the top while the base is still cooking.
Once pizza is done take out tray and leave the pizza on the tray for an additional five minutes to allow it to keep cooking and the crust to finish setting.
Once cooked good up to 1 week in fridge.
