Shep's Pie

The beloved classic is a crowd favourite! We have given the humble meat pie a keto makeover worth celebrating. Rich savoury mince tucked beneath a smooth, cauliflower mash topping — our Shep's Pie is hearty, warming and every bit as comforting as the original. Possibly even better.

All our meals are gluten free, sugar free and seed oil free — keto, low carb and diabetic friendly. We use only non-starchy vegetables, fresh herbs and real ingredients. Available individually or as part of our meal plan bundles.

Meals will come frozen as we ship Australia wide and don't use any preservatives or nitrate gas to extend their shelf life. You can keep in your freezer for 4-5 months or in your fridge up to a week once defrosted. 

Please note: while we do our best to keep the side vegetables consistent, we source directly from local farmers which means availability can occasionally be affected by weather and crop yield. Any substitution will always be a keto friendly, non-starchy vegetable.
