Delivery or pickup?
Nationwide delivery Australia wide
We deliver to 96% of Australia via our courier Be Cool. Your order arrives in a foil-lined insulated carton packed with ice to keep everything frozen and fresh in transit. Most deliveries are scheduled for Sundays.
Local pickup Gold Coast
Gold Coast locals are welcome to pick up from our Northern Gold Coast commercial kitchen. Pickup is by appointment only. We'll email you once your order is packed and ready to arrange a time that suits you.
Placing an order
How ordering works
Place your order anytime
Orders close Sunday night at 11:59pm each week. Place yours anytime before then and it'll be included in that week's batch whether you're getting it delivered or picking up locally.
Monday: We pack and book
Every Monday we process and pack all orders together. Delivery orders are booked with Be Cool and you'll receive a shipping email with your tracking number. Pickup orders will be ready later that week we'll be in touch to lock in a time.
Tuesday: Delivery orders head your way
Be Cool collects your order on Tuesday. The evening before your delivery, they'll send a text with your 2 hour delivery window for the next day.
Delivery Day: Usually Sunday
Most deliveries are scheduled for Sundays by default. If you'd prefer a different day, reach out as soon as possible after ordering. Rural areas may have a different delivery day due to courier schedules in those regions. All deliveries are authorised to leave so no need to be home.

We deliver Australia wide via Be Cool, who cover 96% of the country. If you're unsure whether your area is covered, feel free to reach out and we'll check for you.
Where can I find macros and ingredients?
Full macros and ingredient lists are available on each individual product page on our website.
How do I store my order?
Store in the freezer for up to 4 months, or in the fridge for up to a week. Reheating instructions are on the packaging and on each product page.
I haven't received my tracking email, what should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Tracking updates come via email and your tracking link not through the Shop app. If you still can't find it, just reply to your order confirmation email and we'll help.
