Life gets busy and after a long day at work you come home and you just don't want to cook. That's where our keto meals come in! Everything is made with clean and real ingredients. All meals are six net carbs and under per serve! So all you need to do it relax and enjoy your yummy keto food.
All our food is gluten free. We don't use any seed oils. We do have a little bit of soy and carrot in our Asian dishes. We get our meat and veg directly from the farmers and organic when we can. All meals will come frozen as we ship Australia wide and don't use any preservatives or nitrate gas to extend their shelf life. You can keep in your freezer for 4-5 months or in your fridge up to a week once defrosted.

Keep in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge or up to 3-6 months in the freezer depending on the product.
Pro Tips: We love reheating the savoury items in the air fryer for a couple minutes and defrosting the meals in the fridge overnight.
