When it comes to a busy life you often need easy solutions. But on Keto the typical easy solutions are no longer options. So, I am always looking for a quick easy delicious meal that freezes well and doesn’t take a lot of time. This is one of our favourites! My carb loving partner even loves it! And the best part, it’s so easy!
Ingredients
-1 kilo of chicken drumsticks or thighs
-250g of your favourite sugar free bbq sauce (love the mingle tasty bbq sauce from Woolies)
-1 pack of cauliflower rice
-1 pack of your favourite frozen veggies
-3 clove of fresh minced garlic
-1 small diced onion (optional)
-Serve with Parsley (optional)
Steps: Put everything into a slower cooker and cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. And guess what, that’s it! It’s really that easy! Let us know if you try it!
