Ingredients
- 100 grams of almond flour
- 1 tbsp of xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp of water
- dash of salt
How to Make these yummy goodies!Â
- Mix together all ingredients from the recipe card with a spatula. Then use your hand to work it together until it becomes a nice dough. Dough will be slightly sticky. Let it set for 10 mins.
- Roll dough into a long rectangle and cut long strips.
- Take a sausage and roll strips around your sausage leaving a gap for the eyes.
- Brush mummies with an egg wash
- Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes at 160 C fan forced
- You can make the eyes with mayo, mustard, whatever sauce you have around for your eyes.
