Whether you're a seasoned keto pro or just dipping your toes into the low-carb lifestyle, keto waffles are a game-changer. Let's explore the wonderful world of keto waffles together!

Ingredients: 

  • 100grams of almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 80-100grams of sugar free honey or 30-50 grams of powdered sweetener. If you don’t want sweeter waffles you can put less.
  • 50 grams of butter, melted
  • 60ml of keto milk or nut milk

Instructions:

1. Blend ingredients together in a blender and pour into a waffle maker or a greased pan. 

2. Can be made ahead of time and even frozen. We use them for breaky burgers.

3. You can use other sweeteners if you don’t have sugar free honey. I get mine from iherb or low carb emporium

4. Recipe can also be used for pancakes and crepes. For crepes add a bit more liquid and omit 3-4 tablespoons of flour.
