Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg pork steaks
- Handful of fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
- Lay pork steaks in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Mix remaining items in a bowl.
- Pour mixture over steaks.
- Slow cook for low on 2-3 hours.
