Ingredients:
- 500g of asparagus
- 30g of melted butter
- 20ml of olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 30 grams of parmesan cheese
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions:
- Line a sheet pan with foil and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Wash and tail the asparagus
- Place the asparagus on the foil and then sprinkle the remaining ingredients on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C then bake for two additional minutes on the grill setting.
Notes:
We love to do this with other veggies as well. Capsicum, tomato, eggplant, zucchini, etc. The options are endless.
