Keto Parmesa Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 500g of asparagus
  • 30g of melted butter
  • 20ml of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 30 grams of parmesan cheese
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Line a sheet pan with foil and lightly spray with olive oil.
  2. Wash and tail the asparagus
  3. Place the asparagus on the foil and then sprinkle the remaining ingredients on top.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C then bake for two additional minutes on the grill setting.

Notes:
We love to do this with other veggies as well. Capsicum, tomato, eggplant, zucchini, etc. The options are endless.
