Imagine the creaminess of Alfredo sauce, the crunch of cabbage, and the satisfaction of a keto-friendly meal all rolled into one. That's Keto Alfred Cabbage for you! It's a unique twist on the classic Alfredo pasta, but without the guilt of carbs.

Ingredients:
- Head of green cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
- Finely chop your head of cabbage and onion.
- Mince your garlic and sauté it in the pan with your butter.
- Add your onion and cabbage and sauté it for 5-8 minutes until cabbage is cooked.
- Turn off heat and add your cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well incorporated.
- Enjoy!
Notes:
- Can add chicken or bacon.
- I also like to use fresh cracked black pepper.
- Could also be made into a carbonara with egg yolks.
