You have received your food and that pizza looks amazing. Now what?
All food is able to be frozen for up to 3 months or kept in the fridge for up to 1 week. If you receive it from our courier your food will arrive frozen and you can place it directly into your freezer.
Once you are ready to eat it you can let it defrost or reheat it. We recommend letting it defrost in the fridge except for any pies and pizzas. Cook those from frozen. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. See cooking times and tips below!
PIZZA: Cook from frozen. Preheat your over to 220 degrees convection or 200 degrees fan forced. Place FROZEN pizza on a piece of baking paper on a tray and cook for 10-12 minutes. Pro tip: Place tray with pizza on over lower shelf and then place another cooking sheet on the higher shelf to help shield the cheese and toppings from burning but allowing the dough to finish cooking. Take pizza out and let set on tray for five additional minutes to allow the crust to keep setting.
PIES: All Pies except chocolate silk pie: Cook from frozen. Bake pie at 160 degrees fan forced or 180 degrees convection for 10-12 minutes with foil or lid on until pie is warmed through.
SAVOURY: Sausage rolls, focaccia bagels, and quiches: Can be kept in freezer or fridge. They are also great warmed up in the air fryer but don't take long!
SWEETS: Our favourite way to eat our brownies is warmed up with a dollop of cream.
Enjoy!
